Do you know what is really nice about these sketch challenges…half the battle of creating a card is already done for you. Do you want to join in on the fun of these sketch challenges? All you have to do is email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will feature your creation at Jill's Stamping Corner. Would you believe that this card was created in less than 10 minutes?!
Here it is. I saw this sketch and I knew exactly what I was going to make for this challenge. The stamp sets I used are Snowflake Soiree and Greetings of the Season. The card stocks used are Bashful Blue, Midnight Muse, Whisper White, and Silver Glimmer Paper. The Classic Stampin' Pads used are Bashful Blue and Midnight Muse. The asscessories used are the Big Shot, Bigz Snow Flurry, Jewels Basic Rhinestone, Stampin' Dimensionals, Glue Dots, and SNAIL Adhesive.
My base card is Bashful blue. I added a layer of Midnight Muse. I took a piece of Whisper White card stock and randomly stamped my images with Bashful Blue and Midnight Muse. I then cut it in half lengthwise and then cut each strip evenly. I cut a piece of Midnight Muse for the big snowflake, Silver Glimmer Paper for the middle snowflake, and Bashful Blue for the small snowflake and run it through the Big Shot using the Bigz Snow Flurry. To add a little depth to the card I used 7 Stampin' Dimensionals on the Midnight Muse snowflake, one in the center of the Silver on and a glue dot on the Bashful Blue snowflake. I added a rhinestone to add a little more sparkle to the snowflake.
