I am doing a Breast Cancer Awareness Month Challenge…are you in? That information will be below. I wanted to share how important this is to me. I have not personally had breast cancer, but several members of my family have gone through breast cancer and some type of treatment…mastectomy, radiation, chemotherapy. Thankfully I can say that they are/were survivors. Okay, now on to what I would like to happen this month.
Here is what is going to happen for this challenge this month and it will be a challenge for both YOU and I. Jill’s Stamping Corner is going PINK this month and I hope you will join me. Create a pink or pink type card. When you do, and if you would like me to share your project click SHARE.
I think I might turn this into a contest, what do you think about that? Let’s really make Jill’s Stamping Corner PINK this month in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
I announced a couple of weeks ago about a program that Stampin’ Up! is doing to help support the Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Breast Cancer Foundation. You have until October 10, 2015 to join in and be counted by subscribing to receive Paper Pumpkin. So come join the fight and “Stamp out Breast Cancer with Paper Pumpkin.”
For all new subscribers Stampi’ Up! will be donating $2 on your behalf, and a $1 donation for all current subscribers. Paper Pumpkin will be arriving in a limited addition one-time-only PINK box.

Being the first one up at 5:00 a.m. this morning I have had some nice quiet time and have been getting things accomplished. But as time goes on, more people are waking up and it is getting noisier. So it might be time to put the computer away for a little while.
I am at my brother’s house this weekend for a BIG 1st Birthday Party for my great niece. I will see her a little later today. It will be fun to see how much she has change in the past couple of months since the last time I saw her. She is actually walking a little…just a few steps at a time.
Off to help get breakfast (will be my second) ready. Hope everyone enjoys their day. By the way, what are you doing today? Leave a comment.
Announcement coming on Monday about a special gift for those members on my mailing list. Make sure you come back on Monday to see this announcement. You do not want to miss out on this announcement.

Did you know that today was Grandparents Day? To all the grandparents out there I hope you are having a wonderful day and hope that at least some of you are able to share some time with your grandchild or grandchildren.
All my grandparents have passed away, but I often think about them and how special they were to me. I decided to share a little of what I am remember about them today.
I remember playing checkers with my Grandpa Schneller. I remember a lot of things about my Grandma Schneller, trying to teach me how to use her sewing machine, ham and scalloped potatoes, and playing the organ. My Grandpa St. Angelo told “Chippy” stories and made home-made pasta. My Grandma St. Angelo had a bowl that she kept grape gum in for us when we came for a visit.
What are some fond memories that you have of your grandparents? Leave a comment.
With this week’s Weekly Deals you can add sparkle and glam to any of your paper crafting projects. Who does not like sparkle? What do you think about the Weekly Deals? Leave a comment.
