September Stamp to the MAX Blog Hop

I was talking with one of my Stampin' Up! side-lines the other day about our team blog hope and I decided that I would participate this month.  So welcome to our Stamp to the MAX blog hop! This month there are 6 team members that have join in, and we have all linked up today so you will not miss any of the fun Halloween and Fall samples.  You can find the links to each of my fellow team members at the bottom of this post.
image from www.jillsstampingcorner.comYou may have just left Laura's blog to arrive at mine, and I am very glad that you have arrived, I am the 4th stop on our hop. I have created a Fall Thinking of You card for you today.  This card is a standard size 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
I used one of my all-time favorite stamp sets for the main images, Lovely As a Tree, and the Thinking of You is part of a stamp from Thoughts & Prayers.  My base card is Very Vanilla with ramdom stamped leaves using Chocolate Chip Classic Stampin' Pad, Cajun Craze Classic Stampin' Pad, and So Saffron Classic Stampin' Pad.  On the bottom of the card I have a strip of Chocolate Chip card stock layered with So Saffron and Very Vanilla.  I used Cajun Craze Stampin' Marker on Thinking, Chocolate Chip Stampin' Markers on Of, and So Saffron on You.  The small leaf was stamped with Cajun Craze and Chocolate Chip using the rock-n-roll technique.  On the top part of the card I used chocolate chip card stock with a layer of Cajun Craze and again Very Vanilla.  Using the rock-n-roll technique I inked the large leaf with So Saffron first, Cajun Craze second, and finally Chocolate Chip around the edges.  I swiped the edge of the Very Vanilla with all three stamp pad colors.  I have been thinking about one of my Aunts, and she loves to receive card, so this card will be put in the mail to her.
Stop 5 on this blog hop is Elizabeth's blog, and I know she will be happy that you stopped by to see her.
