Stamping Basics ~ Stampin’ Up! VersaMark part 1

I am going to do another little serise of Stamping Basics for the next few weeks.  This serise will be all about VersaMark Ink.

QUESTION:  How can I use the VersaMark Ink?

ANSWER:  Let me count the ways!  Have you really thought of its name…VersaMark?…versatile ink.

Two step stampin', embossing, embossing with classic pads, embossing on glass, poppin' pastels, resist, emboss resist, reverse pastesl, watermark, are just a few things that you can use VersaMark for projects. If you have already completed any of these techniques and would like to share your project, e-mail me at jill@jillsstampingcorner.com.

Let's talk Two Step Stampin' first.

Two Step Stampin'
You would stamp your first image with VersaMark and then the second with an Encore metallic pad. This technique looks better on darker, richer tone card stocks, such as Bravo Burgundy Handsome Hunter, Night of Navy.
