Here are the colors that Elizabeth picked out for us to use in this week's UDI Color Challenge 108. They would be great colors to use for a Halloween card or Halloween project, but I went a different route this week. I created a Happy Birthday card. To see what the other Divas created, click here. Play along with us on this challenge, either leave a comment below or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know you want to join in on the fun.
Stamp Sets: Mixed Bunch, Create a Cupcake
Card Stock: Whisper White, Basic Black, Tangerine Tango
Ink: Tangerine Tango, Wild Wasabi, Elegant Eggplant Classic Stampin' Pads
Accessories: Decorative Label punch, 1/16" Circle Handheld punch, 3/4" Circle punch, Blossom punch, Word Window punch, Floral Frames Framelits, Perfect Polka Dots Folder, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, 3/8" Basic Black Basics Glimmer Brads, Glue Dots
For my Basic Black and Tangerine Tango flowers, I ran them through the Big Shot with the Floral Frames Framelits before using the Perfect Polka Dots Folder.
I did something a little different with this card too…I only used glue dots, there is no SNAIL Adhesive on this card. When I use any type of brads I will use glue dots, and since I did not want to mess up any of the polka dots on my two flowers, it was so easy to pop on glue dots and then to the card.
Thanks for stopping by Jill's Stamping Corner (JSC), and be inspired, be creative, and share.
